This Real Estate Readiness series will get you ready to take the essential steps to prepare for entering the real estate market. From understanding your financial readiness to assessing market trends, this program will help ensure you are well-prepared for the journey ahead. The best plan of action is to get yourself ready for a real estate transaction, whether buying or selling; this can make the difference between closing or stalling the process. Your realtor will help you have those difficult conversations with lenders, title companies, inspectors, and other service providers.

Session One - May 7- Real Estate 101
What's the difference between an inspector and surveyor? An agent or appraiser? The Real Estate Readiness series will help you find out the answer to those questions along with the other players you will need when buying or selling real estate.

Session Two - May 14 - Contracts
Contracts can be daunting, but not with a trained full-time Realtor by your side. Learn the essentials about the various contracts needed for a seamless transaction.

Session Three - Q&A Session with Real Estate Professionals
Ask anything related to real estate, financing, appraisals, inspections, marketing, and more. This interactive opportunity ensures you have all the information you need to feel confident in your real estate journey.
