This is a two-day course taking place on Monday, April 29 and Tuesday, April 30. Attendance at BOTH sessions is required for Food Protection Manager Certification.
The ServSafe® program is developed by the National Restaurant Association with the help of foodservice industry experts.
This programming is being developed in partnership with the City of Fayetteville's Department of Economic Vitality utilizing appropriated ARPA funding.
