Learning Lab: Heat Press & Vinyl Printing (Ages 13+) *

Learn about the heat press and the vinyl printers! Each participant will earn a digital badge on their library card, allowing them to book the equipment anytime through our website.

This lab will focus on using the our heat press, Roland vinyl printer, and Epson large-format printer. We'll talk about how to safely use the heat press, and how to prepare and send your file to the Roland and Epson printers.

These learning labs are designed for new Fabrication Lab users so that CFI staff can provide information on specific equipment and teach users proper operating procedures and safety measures. Once patrons have completed the learning lab, they will receive a digital badge on their library card so that they can easily reserve lab equipment through FPL's website. 

These learning labs are required for all users before booking an appointment to use the equipment.
