Walker Family Teaching Kitchen (1st Floor)Chef Amon will help you learn how to properly stock and use items in your pantry like a pro.
Do you sometimes wonder what you can make at home using what you already have on hand? Learn how to be shelf-aware in this class, as Chef Amon highlights the essentials of a well-stocked pantry and how to use what's inside. We will prepare recipes that use shelf-stable products without sacrificing flavor or quality. With a little know-how and a can-do attitude, you'll be at the top of your kitchen game. And perhaps even get inspired to use some of those products that have been hanging out in the larder just waiting for their moment to shine!
