A team of volunteer yoga instructors will teach a variety of in-person yoga every week. Classes are suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners. This week's session will be taught by Alexzandrea Hollinshed.
Instructor:
Alexzandrea Hollinshed is a 200 hour certified registered yoga teacher in her third year of teaching. She is passionate about helping provide our community with affordable and accessible yoga classes. She teaches an approachable, beginner friendly vinyasa flow.
