Join Trailside Yoga School graduates for a gentle flow yoga series!
This class is designed to be for everyone, especially those new to yoga or with no prior yoga experience. Instructors will provide a comfortable place to start for those new to and curious about yoga. Participants will learn poses and names, then ease into it with gentle yoga flow. Modifications will be provided and encouraged. All are welcome.
Trailside Yoga & Beyond is the original downtown yoga studio in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Opened in 2014, our mission is to create an inclusive yoga community, with a focus on education, transformation & personal growth. We offer a wide variety of yoga classes, 7 days a week, including hot yoga, slow flow, restorative, yin, and donation-based community classes. We also offer workshops, teacher trainings, private lessons & mentorships. Trailside welcomes everyone, regardless of race, age, gender, sexual orientation, body type or physical ability. We have a large practice studio, cork flooring, infrared heaters, mat rental & free parking. Our diverse teaching team is experienced, knowledgeable and highly educated. Each of our teachers has at a minimum a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher designation. With over 90 years of combined teaching experience, we provide safe instruction in an encouraging atmosphere.
