Join stress coach Dr. Justin Ternes for a class on Allostasis and meditation!

Please join Dr. Justin Ternes for a class in Allostasis, the process by which the body responds to stressors in order to regain balance. Participants will learn about the concept of allostasis, and experience multiple layers of meditation practice. By practicing breathing exercises, meditation, and mindfulness, we can improve physical and mental health, enhance the efficiency of our nervous system, reduce stress, increase openness and connections, and ultimately improve our overall human experience.

Dr. Justin Ternes is a Physical Therapist, Mindset & Performance Coach, and Breathwork Specialist. He has been leading community events and lectures on breathwork and stress-reduction for over 5 years. His passion and purpose is to support individuals in the journey of optimizing the human experience. Justin brings energy, enthusiasm, compassion, and encouragement to each session.

All abilities are welcome. For disability accommodations, call 479.856.7250 or email questions@faylib.org 2-3 weekdays before a program.
