Learn tips & tricks for how to be a friend to community cats!

Join us for a brief overview on how you can help care for Northwest Arkansas's unowned cats!

We'll be talking about what TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) is and the significance of the positive impacts of this practice, discovering and demonstrating various types of traps, offering insights into different kinds of resources, and more.

Whether you're a seasoned caregiver or a curious cat enthusiast, this program will equip you with practical knowledge to make a positive difference in the lives of our feline friends. Don't miss out on this opportunity to contribute to the well-being of stray and feral cats in our community!

About the Presenter
Kathleen Lehman is a volunteer and board member with the local nonprofit NWA Community Cat Project. While her love for cats goes back to her childhood, it was during 2020 that her passion turned into action, and Kathleen became deeply involved in trap-neuter-return efforts in the Northwest Arkansas area. Since then, she has been personally responsible for hundreds of community cats being spayed/neutered and vaccinated. NWA Community Cat Project, which was founded in 2015, spayed and neutered over 4,000 cats in 2023. Kathleen looks forward to sharing her feline knowledge with you so you, too, can improve the lives of the cats in your community!
