Understanding Human Behavior
Have you ever wondered why you do the things you do? Grounded in psychological science, Dr. Lauren Quetsch will give an overview of the drivers of behavior and why some behaviors last while others fall quickly to the wayside. Attendees will leave with a greater understanding of behavioral principles and how to conceptualize steps toward effective behavioral change.
This program is free and open to the public. No registration required.
