Learn mending techniques to extend the life of your wardrobe.
Join us in learning a few creative mending techniques and talk about their usage. We will learn about and practice patching, darning, and sashiko. You will walk away with some techniques to fix those favorite pieces and/or save something from the dumpster. No experience needed.
This program is free but registration is required.
Jessica Robin McClendon grew up in NWA and has been sewing for over 20 years and teaching and sharing sewing for five. She holds an undergraduate degree in theater from the University of Arkansas, specializing in costuming. She loves the way sewing and working with your hands brings people together.
